PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES - Pillows, Pillow Covers and Lamp Shades - 2 to 3 weeks.
Shower Curtains, Notebooks and Wallpaper are Print on Demand and require approximately 1 week lead time.

FREE SHIPPING is standard USPS First Class or Parcel Select. Free shipping offer does not apply to RUSH order requests. Lamp Shades are shipped using UPS and include insurance. If shipper returns the item as an undeliverable address, please contact us with the correct address so we can arrange redelivery.

RUSH ORDER REQUESTS - If possible we will try our best to accommodate rush order delivery. Please contact us before placing your order so we can give you a postage estimate and lead time.

Covers for square inserts are finished as indicated to provide well filled corners for standard sized inserts. If you are ordering replacements for existing covers, please confirm the size needed by removing the cover and measuring across the fullest part "belly" of the insert from seam to seam rather than along the seam. Seams pull up a bit and provide a less accurate measurement. Sizes noted on insert tags may not be the actual measurement of the insert. If your inserts are firm or overfilled, please consider ordering a larger size.

In-between size finishing can be requested for an additional fee (between $5-$15 per cover). Please request any changes before placing your order. We will provide you with an estimate and once payment is received we can begin working on your order. Custom sized items are not returnable.

An artwork proof will be sent for your approval before your pillow cover/pillow is made. Custom orders are not returnable. All monograms are printed, not hand embroidered or machine stitched.

Listings with single initial monograms have additional listing photographs showing complete alphabet and do not require an artwork proof/approval.

Please order carefully as personalized items are not returnable.

Free Shipping Offer applies to domestic United States orders only. International shipping can be arranged based on your location and item/s ordered with shipping cost added to your order. Please inquire for estimate.

VAT and import taxes are not included in your order and are required to be paid by customer to postal/delivery service before parcel is released/delivered.

Orders returned for refused delivery are not refunded.

NO RETURNS or exchanges accepted. Items are NOT manufactured in advance then stocked or held in inventory. All items are either print-on-demand (POD) or made-to-order when purchased.

If there is a problem with your order, please do reach out to us so we can help you resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and ask for a return authorization before returning any items. Items returned in used condition or sprayed with chemical fresheners are not refundable.

Orders returned for refused delivery (RTS) are not refunded.

CARE LABELS are attached on inner pillow cover zipper edge.

LINEN COTTON and cotton canvas fabrics are preshrunk before pillow covers are made and these items can be laundered with minimal shrinkage.

BURLAP is not washable. Spot clean only.

OUTDOOR ECO POLYESTER. Hand or machine wash cool, line dry preferred. Fabric prints will fade with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Store indoors when not in use to maintain fabric print quality.
